Engel & Völkers North America announced its strategic partnerships with Smarter Agent and RealSatisfied to enhance its advisors’ mobile strategies and allow them to leverage customer satisfaction ratings to ensure and promote positive client experiences.

The RealSatisfied performance evaluation and customer satisfaction platform gives Engel & Völkers advisors the opportunity to survey their clients after each transaction about the level of service provided. This enables advisors to validate their clients’ experience, identify brand advocates, and share success stories through testimonials via seamless digital and social feeds. At a brokerage level, Engel & Völkers license partners can evaluate survey results to better understand client sentiment, address any possible issues and identify opportunities for coaching and training.
